Now in it’s 9th year, ClientWave’s Salon Owners Business Club has gone from strength to strength. Meeting in the Midlands, our members have enjoyed unique business support & growth benefiting both their salons & their teams.

The club has been designed to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for inspiration, motivation & business growth. Meeting 4 days per year, the Business Club is for independent, like-minded salon owners who are focused on growing their business.

The Business Club is led by Carole Taylor, Director of ClientWave.

  • Members sharing their previous quarters trading on the main KPI’s. % + or – on their own figures for the same time last year.
  • Group discussion on how to improve any of the KPI’s in the next quarter.
  • Business Education session from Carole – subjects including staff performance management, managing millennials, business planning, driving retail success, salon marketing, staff motivation etc.
  • Session on Salon Finance by Carl Fox (accountant & salon owner).
  • Focus group feedback from 2,000 clients on a wide range of subjects affecting their salon visit.
  • Inter-salon quarterly competitions devised as team motivational tools to deliver greater results.

Investment:

£200 (ex Vat @ 20%) per delegate, per meeting (includes lunch & refreshments)

Carole Taylor founded ClientWave Salon Training Services in 2003 and currently manages the composition and delivery of an extensive range of innovative training courses for hair and beauty salons in the UK and Europe.

Working closely with a number of leading industry suppliers such as Wella (UK), Carole’s experience and unique insights into all aspects of managing a successful salon inspires and educates ambitious salon owners and their teams.
